Terms of Sale Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm RETURNS THE RETURN OF GOODS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT BY THE SELLER AND ALL RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH A VALID RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER (RAN) ISSUED BY CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT. UNAUTHORISED RETURNS WILL BE 'REFUSED.' 'REFUSED' GOODS MUST BE COLLECTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE DISPOSED OF. A RETURNS NUMBER CAN BE OBTAINED VIA THE WEBSITE. Faulty goods The Seller is a distributor of goods on behalf of the Manufacturer and seeks to apply the Manufacturers warranty procedures to its Buyers as fairly as possible.
Faulty goods will be accepted for returns consideration within 90 days of date of relevant order date. Some situations may require prior authorisation from the Manufacturer before credit can be agreed. In such situations the Buyer will be required to provide a written fault report and print sample. All goods claimed to be faulty will be tested on receipt by the Seller. Those found to be genuine faulty and within sell by date will be credited accordingly. Those found not to be so will be advised, credit disallowed, and an agreement made on product disposal/collection. Faulty goods in general will be collected free of charge subject to Buyer's compliance with returns procedures. Damaged Goods All deliveries received in a damaged condition must be signed for as damaged and advised to Customer Care within 48hrs otherwise return and credit cannot be allowed. Packaging and goods must be retained for collection and returned to Seller , where Seller deems necessary. This can be done via the website (contact us section) Cancelled Goods Despatched Unless written cancellation is received prior to despatch the Seller retains discretion to accept goods back. If agreed they will be returned at Buyer's expense subject to a 20% restocking fee. Wrong Goods - See 6.1.Replacement goods will be despatched same day as notification (where stock available). Where Seller error Seller will collect at Seller expense. Carrier should effect all collections within 48hrs. It is necessary to adequately pack goods for return. Where Seller error Seller will collect at Seller expense Returns Authorisation Numbers (RAN) carry a 14 day expiry date. The RAN becomes void after this date. Credits may not be issued once the RAN becomes void. All returns must be suitably packaged for return. Product with damaged or defaced original packaging cannot be credited.
Delivery Terms Free delivery is available on all orders - usually despatched same day by 2nd class post. The charge for same day despatch is just £2.
