Are recycled cartridges OK to use?

The recycled cartridges we offer are carefully selected to ensure that the quality of the print is of a high standard and the instances of failures are minimal. The chance of a recycled cartridge failing is higher than an original cartridge, but is still only around 3% of all cartridges sold.

On the plus side, by using recycled cartridges you are helping to reduce the amount of waste generated.

What's the difference between original and compatible products?

A product listed as original is manufactured by or on behalf of the manufacturer of your machine. As such it is fully covered by your machine's warranty. Original products almost without exception cost more. The main reason is the security of buying a branded product.

Compatible products are new and unused. They are not affiliated with the machine manufacturer in any way. There are some poor quality compatible products available in the market which although unlikely to damage your machine, will produce poor quality printing.
